Mullein is found throughout Europe, Australia, Asia, North Africa and the Americas. It has numerous uses, but the main one is for the treatment of lung diseases, coughs, and distress of the respiratory system. It has narcotic properties that do not induce euphoria. Mullein quiets and soothes inflamed and irritated nerves, relieves pain, clears the lungs, shrinks swollen sinus membranes, and allows freer breathing.

Instructions:

Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea blend into a Stone Maven Tea Bag or Tea Ball. Place in 1 - 2 cups of boiling hot water and let steep for at least 10 minutes.
