Instructions:
Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea blend into a Stone Maven Tea Bag or Tea Ball. Place in 1 - 2 cups of boiling hot water and let steep for at least 10 minutes.
Recommendation: Add (to your personal taste) lemon juice and raw agave nectar, and/or honey to sweeten.
