Instructions: Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea blend into a Stone Maven Tea Bag or Tea Ball. Place in 1 - 2 cups of boiling hot water. Turn off the heat and let steep for approximately 10 minutes.
Recommendation: Add (to your personal taste) lemon juice, and raw agave nectar to sweeten.
