Egyptian Chamomile is sedative in nature and used to calm the nerves. Although it can be categorized as a stimulant, Chamomile is one of the finest nervine herbs and especially helpful for a good night's sleep. It is reportedly useful as a remedy for nightmares in children. This herb should not be used during pregnancy or by people with ragweed allergies.

Instructions:

Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea blend into a Stone Maven Tea Bag or Tea Ball. Place in 1 - 2 cups of boiling hot water and let steep for at least 10 minutes.
