Menominee and Micmac Indians used Burdock for a variety of skin issues, while the Cherokees used it for a broader base of ailments. This herb has the reputation of being an "alternative" medicine, meaning it is a medicinal herb that acts gradually to nourish, cleanse, and detoxify the system. 

Instructions:

Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea blend into a Stone Maven Tea Bag or Tea Ball. Place in 1 - 2 cups of boiling hot water and let steep for at least 10 minutes.
